Welcome to EcoFreshest. By booking, using, or accessing our services or website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. About EcoFreshest
EcoFreshest provides bathroom refresh cleaning services only. We are not a deep cleaning company. Our services are designed to help maintain bathrooms through bi-weekly or monthly refresh cleanings.
Our service is intended for routine upkeep and maintenance, not for deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, hoarding cleanup, mold remediation, hazardous waste removal, bodily fluid cleanup, heavy stain restoration, or damage repair.
2. Service Scope
EcoFreshest services may include general bathroom refresh tasks such as wiping accessible surfaces, cleaning sinks, toilets, tubs, and showers, refreshing mirrors, light floor cleaning, light dust removal, and general bathroom tidying within the agreed service scope.
Service scope is limited to the bathroom areas agreed upon at booking.
3. Not a Deep Cleaning Service
By booking with EcoFreshest, you understand and agree that EcoFreshest does not provide deep cleaning services.
EcoFreshest does not guarantee removal of long-term buildup, hard water stains, mold, mildew staining, soap scum accumulation, grout discoloration, or neglected-condition restoration.
EcoFreshest is intended for maintenance refresh cleaning on a recurring bi-weekly or monthly basis.
If a bathroom is excessively dirty, neglected, unsafe, or outside our normal maintenance scope, we may decline service or recommend a different cleaning provider.
4. Booking and Scheduling
Appointments are subject to availability. By booking a service, you agree to provide accurate information about the property address, number of bathrooms, bathroom condition, entry instructions, pets, or other access-related issues.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, staffing issues, unsafe conditions, or access problems.
5. Access to Property
Customers must provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. If we are unable to access the property, the appointment may be canceled or treated as a missed appointment.
6. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to provide a reasonably safe working environment, ensure utilities such as running water and electricity are available, remove personal items, valuables, and sensitive materials from service areas when possible, and disclose any known hazards, damage, pests, leaks, or unsafe conditions before service.
EcoFreshest is not responsible for delays or inability to complete services caused by unsafe or inaccessible conditions.
7. Condition of Bathroom
Our service is for maintenance-level bathroom refreshing. If the bathroom has excessive buildup, strong odors, mold concerns, infestation issues, biohazards, or severe neglect, we may refuse service, stop service, limit service, or recommend another provider better suited for that condition.
8. Recurring Service
EcoFreshest primarily offers recurring service plans on a bi-weekly basis or monthly basis.
Recurring services continue until canceled by the customer or EcoFreshest under these Terms.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
EcoFreshest may charge a cancellation fee or missed appointment fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price for late cancellations, no-shows, or denied access at the time of appointment.
This cancellation policy applies unless otherwise stated in writing by EcoFreshest.
10. Pricing, Payment, and Recurring Billing
Prices are provided at booking or quote approval. By enrolling in recurring EcoFreshest services, the customer authorizes EcoFreshest to securely store a payment method on file and process charges on the scheduled service date according to the selected recurring service plan.
Payment methods must remain valid and active for recurring services. Customers are responsible for updating any expired, declined, or changed payment information.
EcoFreshest reserves the right to update pricing for future services with reasonable notice.
Additional charges may apply if the number of bathrooms was misstated, the bathroom condition is materially different from what was disclosed, or additional time is required due to access or condition-related issues.
Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in suspension or cancellation of recurring services.
11. Satisfaction Policy
If you are dissatisfied with a service, you must notify EcoFreshest within 24 hours of the appointment. We will review the issue and may, at our discretion, offer a touch-up or another reasonable resolution.
Because EcoFreshest is a refresh maintenance service and not a deep cleaning service, dissatisfaction based on pre-existing heavy buildup, staining, damage, or neglected conditions may not qualify for re-service.
12. Limitations of Liability
EcoFreshest will use reasonable care in providing services. However, to the fullest extent allowed by law, EcoFreshest is not liable for pre-existing damage, deterioration due to age, wear, rust, hard water, or improper installation, damage caused by unstable fixtures, loose tiles, poor caulking, defective surfaces, or faulty plumbing, incidental or consequential damages, or loss caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.
Any claim relating to service must be reported promptly.
13. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
EcoFreshest reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service at any time for reasons including unsafe conditions, abusive or inappropriate behavior, hazardous environments, repeated cancellations, nonpayment, or service requests outside our normal scope.
14. Website Use
All content on the EcoFreshest website, including text, branding, logos, graphics, and service descriptions, is the property of EcoFreshest unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without permission.
15. Privacy
Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to These Terms
EcoFreshest may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
